Despite the decrease in size on the outside of the 2018 Terrain, the interior dimensions remained the same. This compact crossover still comfortably seats up to five occupants. As noted earlier, the 2018 Terrain offers a luxury level interior even on the base trim level. Step up to the Denali Edition of the 2018 Terrain and the features become more numerous and luxurious. Performance Review of the all-new 2018 Terrain
One of the most exciting aspects of the 2018 GMC Terrain is that there are three new turbocharged engine options to choose from. The first is a 1.5L gas option that provides 170 horsepower and 203 lb-ft torque. The next step up is a diesel 1.6L engine that delivers 137 horsepower and 240 lb-ft torque. At the top end of the 2018 GMC Terrain engine lineup is a 2.0L option that’s good for 252 horsepower and 260 lb-ft torque.
